My first book will be published this September

I’m so excited to share news of my first book which I spent last winter researching and writing. It was a dream project as it combines my love of nature, travel and the outdoors.

To walk through a woodland carpeted with bluebells or along a mountain path dotted with orchids gives you a sense of connection with nature that once experienced you’ll want to seek out again. The Wildflower Travel Book takes you on a journey around 50 of the world’s most colourful flower destinations.

The book is a guide to when and where to go in the world to see the most spectacular blooms: from The Alps to the Himalayas, across the deserts of Chile and South Africa and along the coastal cliffs of the Mediterranean. The locations show the carefree and unpredictable nature of wildflowers, existing in the landscape largely without human intervention, which keeps them ever so slightly out of reach. But The Wildflower Travel Book, a richly illustrated visual treat, reveals some of their secrets to nature-loving readers.

Open your eyes to the seasonal changes all around you and it will bring a whole new dimension to the way you travel.
